Before you ask
Good questions
What exactly am I buying?
A designed PDF guide (readable on any phone, tablet or laptop) plus a matching Google Maps list you can open while walking. No app, no account, no subscription.
How do I get it after paying?
Checkout runs through Creem, our payment partner. The moment payment clears you land on your download page — and a receipt with the same link arrives by email. The link doesn't expire, so you can re-download anytime.
I already bought a guide — how do I download it again?
The thank-you page from your purchase is a permanent download link — bookmark it, or find it again via the receipt email from Creem (search your inbox for "Creem" or "hey belgrade"). Lost both? Write to me via the contact page and we'll sort it out.
Do the guides get updated?
Yes, and updates are free forever. Belgrade moves fast — places open, places slip. Each season I re-walk the lists, cut what no longer earns its page, and email every past buyer the new edition.
Are any of the places sponsored?
No. Every place is visited at least twice, paid from my own pocket, before it earns a page. No venue has ever paid to be included, and none ever will.
Which payment methods work?
Everything Creem checkout supports: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in euros, with the dinar equivalent shown; your bank converts automatically if you pay in another currency.
Can I get a refund?
PDFs can't exactly be returned, but I'd rather you were happy than out the price of a guide — if one genuinely let you down, write to me within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
Can I gift a guide to someone?
Absolutely — enter their email at checkout instead of yours and the download link goes straight to them. A little note from you sadly doesn't fit yet; send that yourself.
I have a question that isn't here.
DM @heybelgrade on Instagram or use the contact page — I read everything, usually over morning coffee.
