What you're buying
All products sold on this site are digital publications (PDF guides and companion map links). Nothing physical is shipped. After successful payment you land on your personal download page and receive a receipt by email.
Personal use
Guides are licensed for your personal use. Share a recommendation with a friend anytime — but please don't redistribute, resell or republish the files themselves. Small independent publishing only works when people pay for it.
Prices & payment
Prices are listed in euros (with a dinar equivalent shown for convenience) and processed securely by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your card provider handles any currency conversion at its own rate. The price at checkout is the full and final price — no hidden fees.
Updates
Buying a guide includes all future editions of that guide, delivered by email at no extra cost. Update frequency is seasonal and not guaranteed to a fixed schedule.
Refunds
Digital files can't be returned, so all sales are in principle final. That said: if a guide genuinely disappointed you, contact me within 14 days of purchase and we'll find a fair solution.
Accuracy
Belgrade changes fast. Every place is verified personally before publication, but opening hours, prices and menus can change overnight — the guides are honest snapshots, not warranties. If something's wrong, tell me and it gets fixed in the next edition.
